Summary: Clean big room , we had some chocolates and water as a welcome gifts. I liked their hospitability and attention to details, cool location close to Germany and 20 min to Zurich airport , helpful staff , I will go back again and recommend this hotel. Did not had breakfast or other meals so I dont know their food quality but overall my stay was 5/5. Thank you Riverside team :)

Summary: Everything was great, including the nice restaurant on the side of the river. The only issue we had was that Google Maps had wrong information about the main road to the hotel, it considered it non-drivable for some reason, and directed us on a long trip along the right side of the river, which included a portion of unpaved road. So stick to the left side of the river and you'll get there much faster on a paved road than crosses the river right near the hotel.

Summary: Upon leaving the hotel, the lady on reception opened the car exhibit just for us. It was hugely kind of her and very much appreciated. The hotel itself is clearly for the purpose of convention and business but they make this clear in the marketing. Even so, it was absolutely fine for our stay and a home base for checking out northern Switzerland

Summary: The room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Free parking available. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We were able to walk along the river to the nearby village. The hotel is ideal as an alternative to airport hotels and for exploring northern Switzerland.
